Center fielder Henry Bolte, who’s been on a tear lately, had another big night for Las Vegas on Friday. The 22-year-old outfielder went 5 for 5 while hitting a pair of home runs, drilling a pair of doubles and tagging a triple. Through 7 games in May, Bolte is 19 for 33 with 7 extra-base hits and 8 RBIs and is slashing .329/.401/.604 on the season. The former 2nd-round pick is currently leading the Pacific Coast League with 39 runs scored and is tied for second in the league with 49 hits and 10 home runs. He’s also second in the league with 16 stolen bases, and his 1.005 OPS is the fourth-best in the league. First baseman Joey Meneses went 2 for 4 with a walk, while left fielder Cade Marlowe tripled for the Aviators. LHP Gage Jump had another shaky start, allowing 6 runs, 5 earned, through 4 2/3 frames to raise his ERA to 6.33 and suffer his 2nd loss for Las Vegas.
