The RockHounds snapped their three-game losing streak on Wednesday. RHP Brady Feigl turned in a near-perfect start, allowing just 2 hits while walking none and striking out 6 over 6 shutout innings to earn his 4th win, tying him for the league lead. 2018’s 5th-round draft pick for the A’s has posted a 2.11 ERA over his last 4 starts and has now notched 37 strikeouts in 34 1/3 innings this season. Shortstop Logan Davidson singled, drew 3 walks and drove in a run, while third baseman Jeremy Eierman singled, walked twice, stole a base and drove in a pair of runs for the RockHounds.

The Lugnuts secured their second straight win over the Whitecaps on Wednesday. Spot starter Brock Whittlesey threw 1 2/3 scoreless innings before giving way to tandem starter Seth Shuman who, once again, was impressive. 2019’s 6th-round draft pick for the A’s allowed just 1 hit and 1 run while striking out 4 over 4 1/3 frames to earn the win for Lansing. And the 23-year-old has now compiled an ERA of 1.42 while striking out 25 in 19 innings of work for the Lugnuts. Second baseman Elvis Peralta had 3 hits, drew a walk and drove in a run, while catcher Drew Millas singled, homered and drove in 3 runs for Lansing.

Stockton suffered its fifth straight loss on Wednesday. RHP Osvaldo Berrios turned in a solid start, allowing just 2 unearned runs over 5 frames, and he left the game with a three-run lead. But tandem starter Daniel Martinez gave up 3 runs in the 8th inning to tie the game, and RHP Jose Mora surrendered the winning run in the top of the 9th to take the loss. Catcher Tyler Soderstrom collected three hits, including his league-leading 14th double, drew a walk and drove in a run for the Ports.
