Right fielder Greg Deichmann kept up his hot hitting to help lead Las Vegas to its second straight victory over Sacramento on Sunday. Deichmann homered in the 3rd inning and then doubled with the bases loaded to drive in 3 runs in the 4th. 2017’s 2nd-round draft pick for the A’s has now gone 8 for 20 with 6 extra-base hits and 7 RBIs over his last 5 games for the Aviators, and he currently leads the team with 17 walks and 5 stolen bases. Designated hitter Skye Bolt singled and drew 3 walks, while first baseman Frank Schwindel singled, doubled and drew a walk, and second baseman Nate Mondou had a pair of hits, walked and scored twice for Las Vegas. Starter Parker Dunshee delivered a solid start, allowing just 1 run over 6 innings of work to earn the victory for the Aviators.

The RockHounds recorded their third straight win over the RoughRiders on Sunday. Starter Jared Koenig turned in another strong outing for Midland, allowing 1 run on just 3 hits over 6 innings to earn the win and lower his ERA to 1.25 in 21 2/3 innings of work so far this season. RHP Montana DuRapau notched his 1st save for the RockHounds despite surrendering a solo shot in the 9th. Third baseman Jeremy Eierman homered, walked and scored twice, while right fielder Tyler Ramirez singled, walked and stole a base for the RockHounds.

Lansing suffered its fourth loss in its last five games on Sunday. Starter Stevie Emanuels allowed 4 runs over 4 frames to take the loss for the Lugnuts. Catcher Drew Millas singled, doubled, drew a walk and threw out a pair of runners, while outfielders Lester Madden and Jake Suddleson each doubled and drove in a run for Lansing in the loss.

The Ports prevailed in the final match of their six-game series with the Quakes on Sunday. Catcher Cooper Uhl tagged a tie-breaking two-run homer in the top of the 4th inning, while designated hitter Danny Bautista singled twice and drove in a pair for the Ports. Starting pitcher Kumar Nambiar allowed 1 run over 4 1/3 frames, while tandem starter Jose Dicochea was charged with 2 runs in 2 2/3 innings of work and picked up the win. RHP Jose Mora notched the final six outs for Stockton to secure the save on Sunday.
