Despite an impressive performance by shortstop Jorge Mateo, Las Vegas fell for the fourth time in its last five games on Saturday. Mateo singled, doubled, homered, drove in 3 runs and tallied his team-leading 8th stolen base for Las Vegas. Second baseman Corban Joseph collected 3 hits, including a double, drew a walk and drove in a pair, while center fielder Dustin Fowler tripled, singled twice and scored twice, and third baseman Eric Campbell clubbed his 3rd home run for the Aviators. Starter Jake Buchanan gave up 5 runs over 5 frames, while LHP Kyle Lobstein was charged with 2 runs in just 1/3 of an inning to suffer the loss for Las Vegas. Meanwhile, catcher Collin Theroux was added to the Aviators roster on Saturday, while catcher Robert Mullen and LHP Cody Stull were reassigned to the RockHounds.

RHP Brian Howard turned in another strong start for the RockHounds on Saturday. The 24-year-old allowed 2 runs and struck out 6 over 6 innings of work to earn his 3rd win for Midland. First baseman Mikey White singled, doubled twice, drew a walk and drove in 4 runs, while second baseman Nate Mondou doubled, drew a walk and scored twice, and catcher Jonah Heim and left fielder Chase Calabuig had a pair of hits apiece for the RockHounds. Meanwhile, Midland catcher Collin Theroux was sent to Las Vegas on Saturday, while catcher Robert Mullen and LHP Cody Stull were reassigned to the RockHounds.

The 21-year-old singled twice, doubled, drew a walk and was hit by a pitch, while second baseman Nick Allen had a pair of hits, including a double, drew a walk and drove in a run, and shortstop Jeremy Eierman walked and singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 10th as Stockton won in a walk-off on Saturday. The Snappers snapped their six-game losing streak on Saturday. Right fielder Nick Osborne slugged his 2nd home run of the season in the 2nd inning to give the Snappers an early lead, while center fielder Lester Madden doubled in a run, and designated hitter Anthony Churlin had a pair of hits, including a double, for Beloit. Starter Bryce Nightengale was solid, allowing 1 unearned run on just 1 hit over 4 frames, while RHP Reid Birlingmair struck out 5 over 3 scoreless innings to earn the win in his return from the injured list, and RHP Eric Marinez tossed a scoreless 9th to notch his team-leading 4th save for the Snappers. Meanwhile, RHP Joe DeMers landed on the injured list, while RHP Calvin Coker was reassigned to Vermont, and RHP Angello Infante was added to the Snappers roster on Saturday.
