RHP Josh Lindblom had his second straight impressive start since returning from the disabled list, allowing just 1 run while striking out 8 over 5 2/3 innings to earn his 2nd win on Sunday. LHP Joe Savery tossed 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief, while RHP Deryk Hooker got the final 6 outs for Sacramento. Catcher Ryan Ortiz singled, slugged a 2-run homer and scored twice, while designated hitter Daric Barton and third baseman Jose Martinez had 3 hits apiece, and shortstop Andy Parrino and first baseman Nate Freiman each doubled and drove in a pair of runs for the River Cats.

RHP Chris Jensen turned in a strong start for the RockHounds on Sunday, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits over 7 innings of work, but he still ended up walking away with the loss, while RHP Ryan Doolittle wrapped things up with 2 scoreless innings in relief. Outfielder Josh Whitaker collected 3 hits, while first baseman Max Muncy doubled and drove in Midland’s only run of the game.

First baseman Matt Olson singled, doubled, homered and scored 3 of Stockton’s 4 runs in the game, while catcher Ryan Lipkin and outfielder Aaron Shipman collected 3 hits apiece for the Ports.

Designated hitter Chih Fang Pan singled, doubled and drove in 3 runs in his first game back in action after missing over a month on the disabled list, while first baseman B.A. Vollmuth singled and drove in a run, and outfielder Herschel Powell had a pair of hits for the Snappers.
