RHP Jack Perkins turned in another outstanding start to lead Las Vegas to its fourth straight victory on Thursday. The reigning Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Week allowed 1 run on just 2 hits while notching 12 strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings to pick up the victory. And Perkins has now tallied a total of 31 strikeouts in 16 1/3 innings over his last 3 starts for the Aviators. LHP Brady Basso tossed 1 scoreless inning of relief in his first rehab appearance with Las Vegas. Center fielder Colby Thomas tagged a two-run homer, his team-leading 16th, while left fielder Carlos Cortes singled, doubled, drew a walk and drove in a run. Right fielder Nick Martini tripled in a pair of runs and drove in another run with a sacrifice fly, and third baseman Gio Urshela homered, doubled, drew a walk and drove in 2 runs in his second rehab game with the Aviators.
