The RockHounds broke out the bats to record their third straight win on Tuesday. First baseman Brennan Milone singled and slugged his 2nd home run, a two-run shot, and drove in a total of 3 runs on the night. And Milone is now slashing .375/.459/.688 through his first 9 games for Midland. Right fielder Jeisson Rosario, who was signed as a minor league free agent in the offseason, collected 3 hits, including a triple, and also drove in 3 runs, while third baseman Jack Winkler doubled, drew a walk, drove in a run and stole a base, and second baseman Cooper Bowman had a pair of hits, walked and notched his 4th stolen base of the season. Starter Brady Basso struck out 4 through 3 2/3 scoreless innings, while RHP Blake Beers allowed 3 runs and struck out 7 through 3 2/3 innings of work to record the win for the RockHounds.
