The Aviators dropped their third straight in a slugfest on Tuesday. Starter Hogan Harris had a rough time in his first start of the season, surrendering 5 runs on 3 hits and 3 walks, and he exited after notching just two outs in the bottom of the 1st inning. RHP Zach Jackson walked 3 batters, all of whom came around to score, without recording an out in the 8th inning to take the loss. Right fielder Stephen Piscotty homered, doubled, singled and drove in 2 runs, while shortstop Max Muncy collected 3 hits, including a double, stole a base, drove in a run and was hit by a pair of pitches. Pinch hitter Carlos Perez hit a two-run homer in the top of the 9th, and designated hitter Jordan Diaz had 2 singles, drew a walk and drove in a pair in the loss.
