Right fielder Cade Marlowe and first baseman Joey Meneses led Las Vegas to its third straight victory on Tuesday. With the Aviators down by a run in the bottom of the 5th inning, Meneses slugged a solo shot to tie the game. Later in the same inning, Marlowe socked a solo shot of his own to give Las Vegas the lead, which it would never relinquish. Marlowe finished the night with a home run, a double and a walk and drove in 3 runs and scored 3 times, while Meneses homered, singled, drew a walk and drove in a pair of runs for the Aviators. Catcher Brian Serven went 3 for 4 and drove in a run, while shortstop Drew Swift singled twice, drew a walk, drove in a run, swiped a pair of bases and scored 3 runs. Second baseman Joshua Kuroda-Grauer singled, doubled and drove in 3 runs, and center fielder Denzel Clarke went 1 for 2 and scored twice in his first rehab game with Las Vegas. RHP Geoff Hartlieb made the start and allowed 1 unearned run in 2 innings of work, while RHP Yunior Tur was charged with 5 runs in just 1/3 of an inning, and LHP Ben Bowden tossed 2 scoreless innings to pick up the victory for Las Vegas.
