Catcher Kyle McCann and right fielder Cody Thomas helped Las Vegas put 15 runs on the board on the way to securing its third victory in its last four games on Saturday. McCann pounded a pair of home runs, socking a solo shot in the 2nd inning and then belting a three-run blast in the 6th to raise his slugging percentage in the month of June to an even .600. Thomas slugged a grand slam with one out in the 2nd inning to raise his team-leading RBI total to 68. Shortstop Nick Allen doubled, drew 3 walks, drove in a run and stole a base, while designated hitter Yohel Pozo singled, walked and hit a two-run homer, and third baseman Jordan Diaz singled twice, doubled, drew a walk and drove in a pair. Left fielder Conner Capel collected 4 hits and drove in a run, while first baseman Logan Davidson doubled, drew a pair of walks and drove in a run, and center fielder Max Schuemann had 3 hits and scored twice for the Aviators. Starter Adam Oller allowed 6 runs, 5 earned, over 4 frames, while LHP Francisco Perez tossed 2 scoreless innings in relief to pick up the victory for Las Vegas.
