The RockHounds put 13 runs on the board to record their fourth win in their last five games on Sunday. Left fielder Chase Calabuig, who’s now in his fourth season with Midland, reached base 4 times for the RockHounds. The 27-year-old belted a two-run homer in the bottom of the 2nd inning, drew a walk in the 3rd, singled in a run and came around to score in the 5th, and singled to lead off the 7th. Calabuig has now gone 7 for 14 with 3 extra-base hits, 4 walks and 4 RBIs over his last 4 games while slugging .525 on the season for Midland. First baseman Logan Davidson singled, walked, stole a base and slugged a solo shot in the 6th, and third baseman Brett Harris homered, singled twice and drove in 4 runs for the RockHounds. Starter Joey Estes allowed 2 runs over 4 frames, while RHP Durbin Feltman tossed 2 scoreless innings in relief to register the win, and RHP Calvin Coker threw 3 scoreless frames to close things out for the RockHounds.
