Second baseman Brett Harris had a big day at the plate to help the Lugnuts snap their three-game losing streak on Wednesday. Harris, who primarily plays third base, homered in his first two at-bats, hitting a two-run homer in the 1st inning and then slugging a solo shot in the 4th. He also singled and walked in the game. And last year’s 7th-round draft pick for the A’s is now slashing .316/.432/.570 for Lansing while leading the squad with 5 home runs. RHP Stevie Emanuels 2020’s 5th-round pick for the A’s, turned in his best start of the season, throwing 5 shutout frames while allowing just 1 hit and striking out 7 to earn the win for the Lugnuts
