The Ports put double digits on the board for the second night in a row to take their third straight from Lancaster on Saturday. First baseman Alfonso Rivas was in the middle of much of the action, reaching base 4 times, on a single, a double and a pair of walks, while driving in 3 runs and scoring 4 times. And Rivas is now batting .400 with 6 walks over his last 6 games for Stockton. Center fielder Jameson Hannah had 3 hits, including a double, and drew a pair of walks, while shortstop Nick Allen singled, doubled and tripled and now leads the team with 23 extra-base hits. Designated hitter Hunter Hargrove had 3 hits and drove in 2 runs, while right fielder Austin Beck singled twice, drew a walk and drove in a run, and third baseman Jonah Bride singled, tripled and drove in a pair for the Ports. RHP Xavier Altamirano made the start for Stockton and tossed 1 scoreless inning, while RHP Seth Martinez picked up the win despite allowing 2 runs over 3 innings of work on Saturday.

Las Vegas lost its second straight to Sacramento on Saturday. LHP Tyler Alexander had another shaky start, allowing 5 runs over 4 1/3 frames, and RHP Norge Ruiz gave up 2 runs in 1 1/3 innings of relief to suffer his 2nd loss for Las Vegas. Shortstop Jorge Mateo had another big game, collecting a double and a three-run homer and now leads the team with 28 extra-base hits, while designated hitter Seth Brown belted his team-best 13th home run, and second baseman Franklin Barreto doubled twice in the loss. And with Khris Davis returning from the injured list for Oakland, outfielder Skye Bolt was sent back to Las Vegas on Saturday.

RHP Kyle Friedrichs had a rough start for the RockHounds, allowing 5 runs on 9 hits over 4 2/3 frames to suffer his 2nd loss on Saturday. Center fielder Luis Barrera had a big night at the plate, reaching base 5 times, on a pair of doubles, a pair of singles and a walk, while also driving in a run for the RockHounds. First baseman Mikey White homered, while shortstop Kevin Merrell singled and tripled, and second baseman Brallan Perez singled, drew a walk and drove in a run with a sacrifice fly on Saturday. Meanwhile, RHP Kyle Finnegan recently returned from the injured list and outfielder Luke Persico landed on the IL for Midland.

The Snappers suffered their third straight loss on Saturday. Starter Reid Birlingmair allowed 4 runs over 5 frames to take the loss. Right fielder Anthony Churlin singled twice, walked, stole a base and scored a run, while second baseman Ryan Gridley tripled and scored, and third baseman Cobie Vance doubled in a run for the Snappers in the loss.
