The River Cats lineup came alive on Friday. Center fielder Jemile Weeks led the way, reaching base 4 times on 2 hits and 2 walks while scoring 3 times and driving in a run. First baseman Daric Barton collected 3 hits and drove in a run, while outfielder Michael Taylor and designated hitter Michael Choice both singled, doubled and drove in a pair of runs for the River Cats. Starter Travis Banwart allowed 2 runs on 6 hits and struck out 6 over 4 2/3 innings of work, while LHP Pedro Viola picked up the win with 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief.

Third baseman Vinnie Catricala and second baseman Dusty Coleman collected 3 hits apiece, while first baseman Anthony Aliotti had 2 hits, including a double, and drove in a run, and outfielder Chad Oberacker drove in a pair of runs for the RockHounds.

Shortstop Addison Russell and outfielder Myrio Richard both doubled, while first baseman Max Muncy, third baseman B.A. Vollmuth and designated hitter Tony Thompson drove in a run apiece for the Ports.

Catcher Nick Rickles had a big night at the plate for Beloit, collecting a pair of singles and a home run and driving in 4 runs, including the tying run in the 8th inning, while third baseman Renato Nunez had 3 hits and drove in a pair of runs for the Snappers. Starter Vince Voiro allowed 5 runs on 9 hits over 3 2/3 innings of work, while RHP David Mota tossed 2 scoreless innings in relief to earn the win.
