The RockHounds recorded a one-run win on Wednesday to snap their three-game losing streak. Designated hitter Devin Foyle drilled a three-run homer in the 4th inning to give the RockHounds the lead, then drew a bases loaded walk to bring home another run in the 5th, and also singled in the game. Second baseman Nick Allen singled, walked, hit his 5th home run in the 5th inning and raised his average to a robust .340, while left fielder Jake Suiddleson collected a pair of doubles, drove in a run and scored twice. Starter Ty Damron allowed 3 runs, 2 earned, over 4 frames, while RHP Jack Weisenburger picked up the win despite giving up 2 runs in 1 inning of relief, and LHP Aaron Brown tossed 2 scoreless innings to secure the save for Midland.
