The RockHounds recorded their second straight win over San Antonio on Wednesday thanks, in large part, to an impressive outing by LHP Jared Koenig. Meanwhile, tandem starter Ty Damron was charged with 2 runs in 3 2/3 innings of work on Wednesday. Right fielder Mickey McDonald collected 3 hits and a walk, swiped a pair of bases and scored 4 runs, while third baseman Logan Davidson singled, doubled, drew 2 walks and drove in a pair, and shortstop Nick Allen had 3 hits, walked, stole a base and drove in a run for the RockHounds.
