Third baseman Sheldon Neuse collected 3 hits, including a home run and a double, while catcher Jonah Heim homered, doubled in a run and drew a walk. Second baseman Brallan Perez singled, doubled and drove in a run, while left fielder Dairon Blanco had 2 hits, drove in a pair and stole a base. First baseman Mikey White singled twice and drove in a run, and center fielder Luis Barrera tripled and scored a run for the RockHounds. Starter James Naile allowed 3 runs over 6 innings of work to earn the win, while RHP Kyle Finnegan pitched a perfect 9th to notch his 9th save for Midland.

Stockton had its four-game winning streak snapped on Saturday. Starter Gus Varland allowed 4 runs over 4 frames to suffer the loss. Right fielder Jameson Hannah had a pair of hits, including a double, and scored a run, while first baseman Alfonso Rivas singled twice, walked and drove in a run, and designated hitter Trace Loehr doubled and drew a walk for Stockton in the loss.

The Snappers suffered a walk-off loss on Saturday. Starter Aiden McIntyre was solid, allowing just 1 unearned run while striking out 7 over 4 frames, and McIntyre has now failed to permit an earned run over his last 15 innings for the Snappers. LHP Ty Damron gave up 2 runs in 1 2/3 innings of relief, and RHP Michael Danielak allowed the winning run on a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 9th to take the loss as Kane County won in a walk-off. Third baseman Max Schuemann singled, walked and swiped a pair of bases, while shortstop Ryan Gridley singled twice for the Snappers in the loss.

Vermont notched its second straight victory on Saturday. RHP Michael Murray turned in a strong start, allowing just 1 run while walking none and striking out 6 over 5 frames to earn the win. LHP Josh Reagan threw 3 scoreless innings in relief, and 21-year-old Dominican RHP Jose Mora tossed a scoreless 9th to notch the save on Saturday. 18-year-old Colombian third baseman Jordan Diaz homered, doubled and drew a walk, while 19-year-old Dominican center fielder Kevin Richards homered, doubled and drove in 3 runs for Vermont in the victory.
