Prospect Of The Game:

RHP Chris Bassitt struggled mightily in his first start of the season for the Sounds, surrendering 7 runs over 2 innings of work to suffer the loss, but RHP Raul Alcantara struggled even more, giving up 7 runs in just 2/3 of an inning in relief. Position players Slade Heathcott and Steve Lombardozzi both pitched an inning in relief, with Heathcott tossing a scoreless 7th and Lombardozzi allowing 1 run in the 8th in the loss. Meanwhile, RHP Kendall Graveman is set to make his first start for the Sounds this season on Tuesday.
