Worth Noting: Right-hander Graham Godfrey made his second straight strong start for Sacramento, allowing no earned runs and striking out 5 over 6 innings for his 2nd win. Right-hander Rich Thompson made his first appearance for the River Cats, tossing 1 scoreless inning in relief. Third baseman Josh Donaldson continued his hot hitting since his demotion, collecting 3 hits, including a double, and driving in 3 runs. First baseman Brandon Moss blasted his team-leading 6th home run and drove in 2, and outfielders Michael Taylor and Grant Green both contributed doubles in the win.

Third baseman Josh Horton collected a pair of doubles, and second baseman Tyler Ladendorf had 3 hits, including a double, and drove in a run in the win.
