Right fielder Colby Thomas and first baseman Seth Brown powered Las Vegas to victory on Tuesday. Thomas went 4 for 4 while hitting his 14th home run and his 15th double and driving in 3 runs, and he now leads the Pacific Coast League with 47 RBI and leads all A’s minor leaguers with 14 home runs and 31 extra-base hits. Meanwhile, Brown, the reigning PCL Player of the Week, pounded a pair of home runs, and he’s now hit 7 home runs in 7 games for Las Vegas. Third baseman Max Muncy singled, doubled, drew a walk and drove in a run, while shortstop Darell Hernaiz singled, walked twice and scored twice for the Aviators. RHP Mason Barnett turned in a solid start, allowing just 1 run through 5 frames to record the victory for Las Vegas.
