Right fielder Henry Bolte had a big day at the plate to help the RockHounds record their seventh straight win on Tuesday. The 21-year-old outfielder went 4 for 5 with a triple and a double, drove in 4 runs and notched his league-leading 14th stolen base. Bolte is 9 for 21 with 4 extra-base hits and 4 stolen bases over his last 5 games, and he now boasts the team’s best batting average (.304) and on-base percentage (.397). Designated hitter Luke Mann homered, doubled, drew a walk and drove in 4 runs, while center fielder Junior Perez homered, singled, walked, stole a base and scored twice. Shortstop Drew Swift tripled, singled, walked, stole a base and scored 3 runs, and first baseman Brennan Milone went 3 for 5 with a double and drove in a run for Midland. Starter Chen Zhong-Ao Zhuang allowed 5 runs in 5 frames and recorded his 2nd win for the RockHounds.
