Center fielder Seth Brown had a big night at the plate to lead Las Vegas to its third straight victory on Monday. Brown belted a grand slam in the bottom of the 3rd inning to briefly give Las Vegas the lead and then added a two-run shot in the 8th. Brown also singled in the 7th, and he’s now batting .440 with 7 home runs in 11 games for the Aviators. Catcher Yohel Pozo singled, doubled, homered and drove in a pair, while first baseman Carlos Perez singled, walked and slugged a solo shot, and third baseman Drew Lugbauer belted a two-run blast for Las Vegas. Starter J.T. Ginn gave up 6 runs in 4 2/3 frames, while RHP Michel Otanez tossed 1 2/3 scoreless innings in relief to earn the victory for the Aviators.
