With his team down by two runs and the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7^th inning, left fielder Devin Foyle stepped to the plate and slugged a grand slam to provide the margin of victory for Midland on Thursday. Second baseman Max Schuemann had 3 hits, walked, stole a base, drove in a run and scored twice, while shortstop Logan Davidson doubled, drew a pair of walks and drove in a run for the RockHounds. RHP Brady Feigl turned in a strong start, throwing 5 scoreless frames, while RHP Jack Weisenburger threw 1 scoreless inning in relief to pick up the win, and LHP Austin Briggs tossed 2 scoreless frames to secure the save for Midland.
