Three Ports pitchers combined to throw a no-hitter and snap Stockton’s three-game losing streak on Monday. RHP Bryce Conley, who’s done a solid job since arriving from the Snappers earlier this month, made the start and struck out 6 while walking 4 over 6 scoreless and hitless frames to earn his 3rd win for Stockton. Converted infielder Eric Marinez struck out 5 while pitching 2 perfect innings in relief, and RHP Jake Bray got three outs in the 9th without allowing a hit to complete Monday’s no-hitter for the Ports. Second baseman Trace Loehr had a big night at the plate, collecting 4 hits, including a home run, while also drawing a walk and driving in 4 runs. Right fielder Nico Giarratano doubled, drew a pair of walks and drove in a run, while first baseman Alfonso Rivas singled, walked twice and scored twice, and rehabbing catcher Nick Hundley, who was behind the plate for the no-hitter, had a pair of hits, including a double, and drove in a run for the Ports.

The RockHounds took their second straight from Tulsa on Monday. Second baseman Nate Mondou hit a two-run homer to break a 1-1 tie in the 4th and then singled in another run in the 5th. He also drew a walk and scored twice in the game. Five relievers did duty on the mound for Midland on Monday. RHP Trey Cochran-Gill made the start and tossed 2 scoreless innings, while RHP Norge Ruiz gave up 3 runs in 2 innings of relief, and RHP Angel Duno threw 2 scoreless frames to record the win for the RockHounds.

South Bend battled back to best Beloit on Monday. 21-year-old Cuban RHP Richard Guasch made the start and threw 3 scoreless and hitless innings before leaving with the Snappers holding a three-run lead. But RHP Rafael Kelly surrendered 6 runs, 5 earned, in 2 2/3 innings of relief to suffer the loss. Left fielder Devin Foyle hit his 5th home run in the 5th inning, while right fielder Anthony Churlin doubled in a pair of runs for the Snappers in the loss.

LHP Hogan Harris made the start and allowed 2 runs in 2 2/3 innings of work to suffer the loss for the Lake Monsters on Monday. 18-year-old Colombian third baseman Jordan Diaz doubled in a run and drew a pair of walks for Vermont in the loss.

This year’s 11th-round draft pick for the A’s, third baseman Dustin Harris, had 3 hits, swiped a pair of bases and drove in a run in the loss.

Three pitchers combined to throw a no-hitter for the AZL A’s Gold squad on Monday. 17-year-old Nicaraguan LHP Gerald Garcia made the start and tossed 4 scoreless and hitless frames, while this year’s 35th-round draft pick for the A’s, RHP Zach Rafuse, threw 3 innings in relief to earn the win, and this year’s 20th-round draft pick, RHP Jack Weisenburger, got the final six outs for the A’s to complete the no-hitter and pick up the save. Rehabbing catcher Sean Murphy, who went 0 for 4 in the game, was behind the plate for the no-hitter. This year’s 3rd-round pick, right fielder Marcus Smith, had 3 hits, including a double, while 22-year-old Venezuelan center fielder Yhoelnys Gonzalez singled in a run and stole a base for the A’s.
