The Aviators returned home to take the first game of their four-game set with the Isotopes on Tuesday. Center fielder Dustin Fowler had 3 hits, including a two-out, two-run homer in the 4th inning to give Las Vegas a lead it would never surrender. And Fowler would go on to drive in a run in the 6th and another in the 7th for the Aviators. Catcher Cameron Rupp had a pair of hits, including a double, and drew a walk, while right fielder Mark Payton singled, doubled and drove in a pair. Second baseman Franklin Barreto singled twice, stole a base and scored 3 times, while left fielder Nick Martini had a pair of hits and drove in a run, and shortstop Jorge Mateo singled twice and drove in a pair for the Aviators. RHP Jake Buchanan turned in a solid start, allowing 2 runs, just 1 earned, over 5 frames to earn his 3rd victory for Las Vegas.

After recording a one-run win over the RoughRiders in the first game of their three-game set on Monday, the RockHounds suffered a one-run loss on Tuesday. Starter Kyle Friedrichs allowed 5 runs over 5 frames to take the loss for Midland. First baseman Luke Persico had a pair of hits, including a double, and drove in 3 runs, while left fielder Chase Calabuig singled, walked twice and scored twice, and catcher Jonah Heim singled twice, walked twice and drove in a pair of runs for the RockHounds.

After not completing a game in the past three days, the Ports fell to the Storm on Tuesday. RHP Brady Feigl had his shakiest start of the season, allowing 5 runs over 5 frames to suffer his 2nd loss for Stockton. Right fielder Jameson Hannah had a pair of hits, including a double, and scored a run, while shortstop Nick Allen singled, walked and scored a run. Second baseman Jeremy Eierman doubled and drove in a run with a sacrifice fly, while center fielder Austin Beck doubled and scored a run, and first baseman Alfonso Rivas walked with the bases loaded to bring in a run in his return from the injured list for Stockton.

The Snappers were shut out on just one hit on Tuesday. Starter Bryce Nightengale gave up 5 runs over 4 frames to suffer his 2nd loss, while RHPs Brandon Withers and Charlie Cerny each tossed 2 scoreless innings in relief, and catcher Cooper Goldby took the mound and pitched a perfect 9th. Second baseman Joseph Pena singled for the Snappers’ sole hit in the loss.
