Center fielder Jaycob Brugman had a pair of hits, drove in a run and scored the winning run, while catcher Carson Blair walked 3 times, including with the bases loaded in the 9th to force home the game winner. First baseman Ryon Healy singled and doubled, and right fielder Brett Vertigan collected 3 hits and stole a base. Starter Raul Alcantara allowed 4 runs over 5 innings of work, while RHP Bobby Wahl tossed a scoreless 6th in his first game for Midland since his promotion from Stockton, and RHP Ryan Doolittle got the final two outs in the top of the 9th to pick up the win for the RockHounds.
