(October 27 – November 1)
Monday, October 27th:
Designated hitter Matt Olson went 1 for 5 with a walk, while RHP Drew Granier struck out 3 in 2 shutout innings, and RHP Austin House tossed 2 scoreless innings in Mesa’s 11-inning 3-3 tie on Monday.
Tuesday, October 28th:
Shortstop Daniel Robertson went 0 for 4 with a walk, designated hitter Boog Powell went 0 for 3 with a walk, first baseman Matt Olson went 0 for 1, while RHP Tanner Peters struck out 3 in 2 1/3 scoreless innings, and RHP Ryan Doolittle allowed 1 run in 2 innings to take the loss in Mesa’s 2-1 defeat on Tuesday. Olson left the game with a sore shoulder after a collision at first base.
Wednesday, October 29th:
Center fielder Boog Powell went 2 for 3 with 2 walks and a run, while shortstop Daniel Robertson went 1 for 3 with a run in Mesa’s 7-5 win on Wednesday.
Thursday, October 30th:
Shortstop Daniel Robertson went 0 for 3 with an RBI, while RHP Drew Granier allowed 1 run in 2 1/3 innings, and RHP Austin House tossed 2 scoreless innings in Mesa’s 7-5 loss on Thursday.
Friday, October 31st:
Center fielder Boog Powell went 1 for 4 with a walk, while RHP Tanner Peters tossed 1 perfect inning of relief in Mesa’s 5-2 win on Friday.
Saturday, November 1st:
Shortstop Daniel Robertson went 1 for 2 with a walk and a stolen base as the AFL East won the AFL Fall Stars Game 6-2 on Saturday.
