Outfielder Collin Cowgill homered as well, while shortstop Grant Green collected 3 hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in 2 runs in the win.

Worth Noting: Starter Fabio Castro turned in a strong outing for the RockHounds, allowing just 1 unearned run over 6 innings of work on Wednesday, but right-hander Gary Daley took the loss after giving up 2 runs in 2 innings of relief. Shortstop Dusty Coleman hit his 11th home run for the RockHounds’ only run of the game.
