Infielder Brandon Hicks contributed 2 hits, including a double, and drove in the tying run in the 8th. Starter A.J. Griffin endured a rough outing, allowing 6 runs on 10 hits over 5 innings before right-hander Andrew Carignan eventually came on to earn the win with 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.
