Worth Noting: Starter Graham Godfrey had his 3^rd straight dominant outing, tossing 7 scoreless innings to earn his 3^rd win for the River Cats, while lowering his ERA to a paltry 0.45. Outfielder Collin Cowgill doubled, homered and drove in 3 runs, shortstop Adam Rosales doubled, homered and drove in 2, and outfielder Brandon Moss slugged his team-leading 7^th home run for the Cats.

Worth Noting: Starter Gary Daley had another solid outing for the RockHounds, allowing just 1 run over 5 2/3 innings to earn his team-leading 4^th win, while right-hander Jonathan Ortiz tossed a scoreless 9^th inning to earn his 6^th save. Second baseman Tyler Ladendorf homered to give Midland the lead in the top of the 1^st, and shortstop Dusty Coleman and outfielder Michael Choice drove in the RockHounds’ other 2 runs in the win.

Worth Noting: The Ports suffered their 7^th straight loss on Sunday, while the team’s offense continued to struggle. The Ports posted only 5 hits, the biggest blow coming from infielder Tony Thompson, who homered in the 3^rd inning to tie the game. But starter Blake Treinen allowed 4 runs on 9 hits over 6 innings to take his 3rd loss.

Worth Noting: After getting off to a rough start this season, starter Raul Alcantara had his 2^nd straight strong outing for the Bees, giving up only 3 hits over 6 scoreless innings to post his 2^nd win. Right-hander Max Perlman tossed 2 scoreless innings of relief to earn the save, and third baseman B.A. Vollmuth had 2 hits, including a double, in the win.
