Third baseman Matt Chapman smacked his league-leading 22nd home run and drove in 4 runs, while catcher Beau Taylor had 3 hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in 3. RHP Raul Alcantara had a rough start for the RockHounds, allowing 6 runs over 5 innings of work, but RHP Jake Sanchez threw 3 scoreless innings in relief to earn the win for Midland.
