RHP Seth Streich turned in another solid start for Stockton on Monday. The only damage against him came when Streich allowed a home run in the 4th after the leadoff batter reached base after striking out on a wild pitch and the next batter reached on an infield single. But outside the 4th inning, the only other baserunners to reach base off Streich on the night came on a single, a walk, a hit-by-pitch and a fielding error by shortstop Daniel Robertson. Meanwhile, first baseman Matt Olson singled, walked and hit a 2-run homer, his 14th, while outfielder Bobby Crocker singled, tripled and drove in 5 runs, outfielder Dusty Robinson singled, doubled and drove in 2, and second baseman Chad Pinder cracked a pair of doubles for the Ports.
