(5 IP / 1 H / 1 ER / 2 BB / 6 K / Win)

RHP Seth Streich was impressive in his California League debut on Monday, allowing just 1 hit while striking out 6 in 5 innings of work to win his 1st start for Stockton. The 23-year-old held Bakersfield hitless through 4 innings before finally allowing a double in the 5th. Farmhand Of The Game:

Outfielder Craig Gentry

(3 for 4 / 4 RBIs)

Outfielder Craig “Kitten Face” Gentry looked good to go in his first rehab appearance for the River Cats, collecting 3 hits and driving in 4 runs. Second baseman Jose Martinez doubled and drove in a run, while outfielder Jake Goebbert doubled, tripled and scored twice. RHP Josh Lindlbom looked a little shaky in his first start for Sacramento, allowing 6 runs on 7 hits while walking 4 and allowing 6 runs over 4 1/3 innings. The Cats came back to tie the game in the top of the 8th thanks to Gentry’s RBI-single. But in the bottom of the 9th, RHP Deryk Hooker put two men on base before being replaced by LHP Eric Berger, who promptly surrendered an RBI-single and allowed Las Vegas to walk away with the walk-off win.
