Third baseman Tyler Ladendorf singled, doubled and drove in 3 runs, while outfielders Conner Crumbliss and D’Arby Myers collected 3 hits apiece for the Hounds. RHP Jesus Castillo tossed 2 scoreless innings of relief in his debut for Midland. RHP Carlos Fisher was released to make room on the RockHounds roster for Castillo, who joins the A’s organization after spending the past few seasons pitching in the Mexican League.
