Worth Noting: Starter Tyson Ross picked up the complete-game victory on Friday, allowing 2 runs on just 4 hits while walking none and striking out 8 over 9 innings to earn his 4th win. Outfielder Collin Cowgill had 2 doubles while driving in a run and scoring a run in the win.

Worth Noting: Starter Shawn Haviland had a no-hitter going when he was removed after 6 innings on the mound, but the RockHounds’ bullpen eventually coughed up the lead. Tyler Ladendorf, who’s been playing center field since the loss of top prospect Michael Choice for the season, blasted 2 home runs and drove in 3 runs, while shortstop Dusty Coleman clubbed his 3rd home run in the last 4 games.

Worth Noting: Outfielder Mitch LeVier launched 2 home runs and drove in 4 runs, while first baseman Tony Thompson and shortstop Michael Gilmartin both contributed home runs as well. Starter Nate Long allowed 4 runs, 2 earned, over 4 innings of work, while left-hander A.J. Huttenlocker picked up the win in relief.
