Worth Noting: Starter Brad Peacock delivered an impressive performance for Sacramento, allowing just 1 unearned run on 3 hits over 6 innings to earn his 8th win. Third baseman Stephen Parker had 2 hits, including his 7th home run, and drove in 3 runs. Outfielder Collin Cowgill homered as well, while shortstop Grant Green collected 3 hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in 2 runs in the win.

Worth Noting: Starter Fabio Castro turned in a strong outing for the RockHounds, allowing just 1 unearned run over 6 innings of work on Wednesday, but right-hander Gary Daley took the loss after giving up 2 runs in 2 innings of relief. Shortstop Dusty Coleman hit his 11th home run for the RockHounds’ only run of the game.

Worth Noting: Starter Jacob Brown had a solid outing for Stockton, allowing 2 runs, just 1 earned, to pick up his 4th win. Max Stassi, serving as the designated hitter for the day, catcher Ryan Ortiz and second baseman Ryan Pineda all hit solo shots to account for the Ports’ 3 runs on the day.
