Worth Noting: Starter Bruce Billings had a solid outing, striking out 7 over 6 scoreless innings to earn his 5th win on Saturday. Outfielder Michael Taylor clubbed a 3-run homer in the 1st inning to give the River Cats the lead, which they never relinquished. Infielder Eric Sogard and catcher Anthony Recker also homered in the win.

Outfielder Michael Choice collected 3 hits, including his 9th home run for the RockHounds, while right-hander Gary Daley picked up the win despite allowing 4 runs in 4 innings of work.
