Worth Noting: Infielder Brandon Hicks tripled, doubled and drove in 3 of the River Cats’ 4 runs in the 2nd game Saturday, outfielder Collin Cowgill singled in Sacramento’s other run, and right-hander Fautino De Los Santos allowed 3 runs on 4 hits over 1 2/3 innings to take the loss.

Unfortunately, the RockHounds could only muster 5 hits against the RoughRiders, with outfielder Shane Peterson and third baseman Josh Horton contributing 2 hits apiece.

Worth Noting: Second baseman Nino Leyja homered, doubled and drove in 3 runs, and outfielder Rashun Dixon tripled, doubled and drove in 2. Shortstop Michael Gilmartin and catcher Beau Taylor each doubled and drove in a run, and starter Josh Bowman allowed 3 runs over 6 innings to run his record to 0-4.
